*The property is performing an exterior painting project for this cluster of buildings from Aug 12-Sept 1, 2027 (nest year). During this time, lanai furniture will be placed inside the home and lanais will not be able to be used during work hours. Works hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri and possibly some Saturdays. There will also be a day when the front doors will be painted and the front door will be required to remain open for the entire day. Security will be patrolling diligently. Rates have been reduced to account for these inconveniences.*
